Springfield Township filed a lawsuit and as a result a second draft was submitted including 11 township representatives. The draft was passed, 11 members resigned from the committee to allow township representatives. One township representative will be on the voting committee. Mr. Loeffler further stated residents have expressed interest in using the fire station for parties; he explained the station is handicapped accessible and has air conditioning and since the people are paying for the station they should be allowed to use it.
